About the Presenter
Fernando Cuñado is a law graduate and MBA with 25 years of experience in the corporate world. He has been working as a freelance translator since 2008, specializing in contracts and corporate documents. He is a great connoisseur of the British and American legal systems and regularly publishes articles on comparative law in Spanish legal journals. His legal translation practice, run jointly with Ruth Gámez, provides services for direct clients: Spanish law firms, law departments of multinational corporations, and global organizations such as the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Food and Agriculture Organization. He teaches legal translation at the Universidad de Comillas (Madrid) and co-authored Introducción al Common Law.
